Striking silhouettes of ballerinas creating beautiful lines and arches,  Tap dancers rhythmic steps across the floor,  Drama and suspense in The Tango, Freedom, fluidity and self expression in street dance.   Although we are thoroughly enjoying the sunshine here in London, with the Autumn/Winter’14 season fast on the approach we can’t help but be excited for a little autumn breeze to have an excuse to wrap up in the gorgeous new collection’s cashmere. For the A/W season, designer Camille, took her inspiration from dance. It was a love affair of two parts, the love of the movement itself, along with the costumes worn by the dancers and how these were affected by their movements. The  outfits also had their own influence, with the juxtaposition of the grace and elegance of the tutu with the over sized baggy trousers of hip hop street dancers, Camille has translated dance into inviting clothing to wrap up in and feel comfortable while still looking sophisticated . With the collection complete and ready to bring to you, we then were left with the challenge of  our autumn winter fashion shoots in sunny Paris, running around trying to find spots of shade for our lovely models in layers of ...

What are you staple wardrobe items? Charleen: My black leather pencil skirt is my go-to item, it’s a piece that doesn’t date and it looks great with everything. I couldn’t live without a good black dress, black leather jacket, well fitting jeans and obviously a bit of cashmere. What are you enjoying wearing this Summer? Charleen: I am really into the exotic print trend, I love gold and massive sunglasses so pairing that with some bold prints and colours is a dream. We have some great neon pieces in the Les 100 Ciels Summer collection, which I love. What do you like to do when you’re not in the Les 100 Ciels store? Charleen: I run a great little site called sohairobsessed.com we are an online hair and beauty destination that fuses content and commerce. I’m also a patron of the Enterprise society at Westminster Kingsway college so I work with students who are trying to find their entrepreneurial spirit.  What song do you love right now? Charleen: I really love Beyonce’s album, I think the idea of doing a visual album was brilliant! My fave track is Blow, it’s got a real old school vibe to it. Where’s your ...

 All of us here in the Les 100 Ciels London office are well and truly ready for Summer!  June has arrived and although the British weather isn’t exactly dependable when it comes to brightening up the sky, you can rely on Les 100 Ciels and their promise of  fuschia pinks, lemon yellows and china blues to brighten up your wardrobe. Our gorgeous model, Toni… The looks lined up and ready to go… Shoot in progress… After being in the studio all morning lunchtime was a sunshine affair with beetroot, goats cheese and walnut salads and pastas. A few touch ups before getting back to work. Shop the Look; Jumper, ‘Sweet’ We paired some of our neutral tones such as ‘Basic’ pant in vanilla and ‘Poncho’ in light pink. Which was definitely one of our favourite outfits of the day!
