Deliveries within the UK are sent out via a trackable courier service and typically arrive within 1-3 working days. You will be sent a confirmation of shipment email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Next Day UK Delivery

International deliveries typically arrive between 3-5 working days. We always aim to ensure orders arrive within their normal time frames, however some international deliveries may be delayed due to local government restrictions. Please note there may be an additional delay in receiving international deliveries, specifically to areas within the GCC, due to the ongoing disruption.

All international orders are shipped from the UK on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Therefore, import duties may be applicable on purchases from outside of the UK, and where applied, you would be liable to pay these. Les 100 Ciels is not able to influence these charges as they are determined by the receiving countries individual import regulations.
