We are passionate about creating effortless silhouettes that are simple yet versatile, designed to be kept and worn season after season. Our factory hold the same values and ensure all our products are made with detailed craftmanship from beautiful and sustainable materials, to ensure quality and durability.
Our core focus to help us achieve our sustainability goals are:
INNOVATION
We spin our own yarns and are constantly working on new innovative qualities to not only meet our customers needs but also that of our environment.
TECHNOLOGY
We make regular investments in the latest equipment and software that enhance our diverse capabilities and reduce our environmental impact. This includes 3D design and production through the most advanced APEX and CLO systems.
THE ENVIRONMENT
We consistently monitor and action our sustainability risk management (SRM) processes for the environment and our society. We are Oeko-tex + Bluesign approved, meaning that our products are not harmful to the environment or people. We are also incorporating more recycled and regenerated fabrics, further reducing our environmental impact.
PEOPLE
We ensure our staff have a safe environment to work in and have fair wages across all areas of our company. We are SA8000 certified -an audited certification for social welfare compliance in the workplace. Giving back to our communities and supporting the well being of our staff in and outside the workplace is a priority.
HOW AND WHERE WE MAKE OUR PRODUCT MATTERS
As a fully vertical company, all elements of our craft are handled in-house: from the initial creative designs, to the sourcing of raw yarns at our goat farm in Inner Mongolia, to the production of each style in our own factory.
Our factory, Neo-Concept Fashion (Zhongshan), adheres to sustainable practices paired with state-of-the-art technology. We are committed to working in an ethical and sustainable way and are proud to have attained a number of factory and product certifications. We are also an active member of The Textile Exchange, a body working to transform the industry with improved outcomes for the environment and people in terms of raw materials, accountable standards and traceability.
